Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an energetic, positive and results driven Credit and Collections Manager, with experience in the Construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit and collections processes to minimize risk and optimize cash flow. Previous experience with Construction Collections is required for this position.

A Day in the Life:
*Oversee collection process to minimize losses and improve AR KPI metrics, overdue receivables, cash recovery, etc.
*Recommend and implement collection workflow process improvements to standardize collection practices company wide.
*Responsible for monthly/weekly A/R reporting on collections, aged receivables and other key metrics corporate wide, including disputed projects with payment delays.
*Reporting on and adjusting terms for specific projects
*Process and send customer billing statements
*Coordinate and lead monthly AR collection meetings with business divisions.
*When necessary, facilitate the filing of liens and subsequent lien waivers.
*Partner with Mgrs, leaders and Stakeholders to recommend and implement resolutions regarding customer-related matters.
*Manage Collection team, insuring training, knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their role.
*Provide training and guidance to staff to facilitate departmental goals.
*Assist with corporate financial initiatives w/ consistent reporting, acquisition or integration support
*Understand and recommend improvements to the cash application process and credit card collections process
*Reconciliation of accounts monthly, or as required.
*Other Ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
What we are Seeking:
*Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Construction/Collections setting
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
*Exceptional Customer Service skills
*Experience with Lien waivers


$70,000 - $75,000 a year
