Tasks
Receive, categorize, analyze, and enter all invoices, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the system with up-to-date and reliable information.
Take customer orders and clarify any issues related to their accounts.
Follow up on purchase orders promptly, in line with the service agreements established with customers.
Assist the administrative department in managing and/or approving credits.
Coordinate appointment bookings with carriers.
Classify and control documents related to trucks and drivers.
Perform any other related tasks.

Excellent knowledge of ACOMBA.
Strong Excel skills.
Diploma in accounting, administration, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
Functional English to communicate weekly with drivers and English-speaking clients 40% of the time.
At least 2 years of experience as a billing clerk.
