We are looking for a professional with strong analytical experience to contribute immediately to our finance team in North America. This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a finance business partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands, allowing for meaningful recommendations at the time of planning all wholesale and retail sales incentives.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Contribute as business partner to the sales and marketing team, supporting all sales program's costing initiatives, while providing insightful data to support business decisions.
  • Execute monthly account analysis and reconciliation to secure necessary provisions to support current and future sales programs.
  • Perform monthly P&L variance analysis, followed by story-telling narratives and forward-looking expectations.
  • Participate and contribute with insightful finance related information in regional business meetings.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to automate and improve processes and analytical tools.
  • Partner with other stakeholders such as market planning and sales area to complement the understanding of the business and connect dots to allow more insightful recommendations.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • BA/BS in accounting, finance; CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis.
  • Advance Excel with deep knowledge of PowerPivot and Power Query.
  • Prior experience with retail operations preferred.
  • SOX and internal controls experience preferred.
  • Systems application experience on TM1 and SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and enthusiastic leader with good business sense.
  • Inquisitive mindset with high analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
