As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing pricing strategies for our healthcare products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure our products are competitively priced and aligned with market demands. Your primary goal will be to drive profitability while maintaining market competitiveness and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Develop Pricing Strategies: Create, implement, and manage pricing strategies for new and existing healthcare products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics
  • Financial Analysis: Perform pricing and profitability analysis to determine the financial impact of pricing decisions and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather input and ensure cohesive pricing strategies that support overall business goals
  • Pricing Models: Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models that reflect changes in costs, market conditions, and competitive landscape
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data to understand customer perceptions of pricing and identify areas for improvement
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure pricing strategies comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including adherence to pricing transparency laws and reimbursement policies
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare pricing to continually refine and enhance pricing strategies

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or pricing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable pricing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, including the ability to read, interpret, and manage profit and loss statements (P&Ls). Proven experience in financial analysis and the impact of pricing on overall profitability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications: PMP, Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), or other relevant certifications are a plus

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
