Tasks
Explain tenants' balances.
Ensure the collection of rents and follow up on overdue payments.
Communicate with tenants by phone and email.
Process cheque deposits (via a cheque scanner available at the office).
Record transactions in the accounting system.
Process pre-authorized payments using the software and transfer them to the bank.
Send tenants notices regarding rent increases or changes.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a high school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual clientele (50% of the time).
Experience in bookkeeping is an asset.
Experience in collections - commercial, an asset.
Knowledge of Spectra software, an asset.
Experience in the healthcare sector, an asset.
