Tasks
Manage bookkeeping and analyze financial statements: Provide a clear and precise overview of financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare year-end financial statements: Create comprehensive and well-structured reports in compilation form, ensuring maximum compliance and transparency for our clients.
Preparand review corporate tax returns: Develop effective tax strategies to optimize compliance and efficiency in filings.
Supervise year-end slips (T4, T5): Prepare and review these documents with precision, ensuring legal compliance and attention to detail.
Assist individuals with their tax obligations: Offer personalized service to prepare and review individual tax returns, considering the specifics of each tax situation.
Perform any other administrative tasks related to accounting as needed by the department.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Experience in an accounting firm is an asset.
Proficiency in the Office Suite.
Ability to communicate in both French and English (oral and written).
Knowledge of Simple Comptable (Sage 50) is a plus.
Familiarity with Caseware/Caseview software is an advantage.
Proficiency with Taxprep software is a plus.
