Tasks
Verify and process supplier invoices for accuracy and authorization.
Create and issue invoices within deadlines.
Plan and process payments (cheques, transfers).
Apply payments received to corresponding invoices.
Follow up on overdue payments and contact clients.
Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
Record and reconcile employee expenses and petty cash.
Reconcile supplier statements and correct errors.
Monitor and prioritize outstanding receivables.
Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Degree in accounting or a related field.
2 years of experience in a similar position and in a related field.
Proficiency in Excel (comfortable with computer use).
Fluency in both French and English.
Knowledge of QuickBooks and SAP (an asset).
