Tasks
Prepare financial statements by completing the full accounting cycle: entering daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, trial balance, and month-end journal.
Process payroll on Nethris for approximately 30 to 400 Canadian employees every two weeks.
Produce T4 slips in compliance with tax requirements.
Manage group insurance and sick leave files, including CNESST (Quebec workers' compensation).
Administer employee attendance mutual benefits.
Partially manage accounts payable.
Fully manage accounts receivable, including collecting customer payments and following up on overdue accounts.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEC in accounting or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
Functional English used approximately 10% of the time for some communications.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Knowledge of Nethris, Sage50, Omni software (an asset).
