What are your contributions to the team?
- Provide extraordinary service to our employees who communicate with our Service Center Payroll;
- Respond to various Payroll questions
- Learn the basics of payroll Functions
- Collaborate with managers, employees and human resources business partners
- Work under a collective Agreement environment
- Enter data into our Payroll systems
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in Payroll Functions;
- Document our practices;
- Perform data analysis;
- Participate in various special projects;
How to thrive in this role?
• You are studying for a bachelor's degree in administration (preferably in human resources);
• You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);
• You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
• You are an organized and structured person;
• You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
• You can uphold strict confidentiality when required;
• You worked well under pressure and in a dynamic environment;
• You have excellent Excel and computer skills;
• You have an attitude that combines autonomy and discretion;

- Duration: 8 months
- Virtual or on site
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
