Day shift, 40 hours per week
Tasks
Perform bank reconciliations (cheques, deposits, transfers, bank fees).
Record journal entries.
Prepare payroll bi-weekly.
Ensure that invoices are recorded in the current month's period.
Perform a trial balance to ensure proper posting of entries.
Prepare GST/QST tax returns.
Prepare month-end and year-end documents necessary for the preparation of financial statements.
Prepare the adjustment entries for the FPA.
Record amortizations.
Calculate accrued expenses and revenues.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in office automation, accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
Functional knowledge of the English language, due to communication 20% of the time.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Knowledge of the Genius software (an asset).
