What is the opportunity?

This role is the S2P application subject matter expert and that functions in the capacity of S2P solution & configuration specialist and techno-functional lead. This role will analyze and provide recommendations to the S2P Product Management Team as to the technical impact of application of system change requests & enhancements and release upgrades. Through solution configuration, this role will leverage the existing applications to guide the technical process of enhancing sourcing to contract processes and functionality while also enabling solutions for increasing spend & usage through the purchase-to-pay module

What will you do?

  • Work hand in hand with S2P Product management team and S2P Technology Strategy teams to support the transformation of existing procurement processes into the new Enterprise Source to Pay Application.
  • Provide technical guidance and counsel during the stakeholder analysis process to assist the Product Management Team &/or S2P Technology Strategy in identifying optimum solution.
  • Documents system/technical specifications and provide technical expertise to assist the Product Managers in identifying risks, and developing, and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Configure S2P applications directly or work with SI's (System Integrators) to meet the signed-off business requirements.
  • Liaise and work with T&O (CAO IT) counterparts when required to support enhancements that impact inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Review and understand technical implications of new application releases and their potential impact on the existing build. Provide recommendations to Product Managers for implementation. Plan, manage and conduct Testing Phase (UAT and PIV)
  • Create and manage Test Plans

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Technical understanding of iValua S2C & Coupa P2P solution with ability to solution and configure application to meet business requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of the overall Source-to-Pay Process
  • Technologically Self Sufficient, with advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC concepts, Agile framework

  • Coupa Certification
  • Experience with SQL
