The Manager, Business Banking Credit Card Programs is responsible for profitably growing volumes across a portfolio of Business Banking Credit Cards in Canada. Through developing tactics to increase new client acquisition and deepen engagement with existing clients, the Manager will ensure specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives, making sure that that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The role is ideal for a creative thinker and problem solver with excellent analytic, communication and collaboration skills.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Contribute to the development of new programs from concept to execution including the preparation of supporting business cases, documents, presentations and project plans
Continually optimize programs to drive results; forecast and develop key product insights to enable decision-making in line with the Bank's risk appetite and culture
Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Credit Risk, Finance, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Analytics, Branch) and lead efforts to pursue integrated, high-impact acquisition and engagement opportunities across the Business Bank
Manage and support project plans for implementing initiatives. Identify milestones, timing and recommend resources required to complete initiatives
Adopt a test and learn approach including ongoing refinement of customer collateral, website content and acquisition digital creative and communications
Leverage data and customer insights to drive channel effectiveness and improve marketing treatments
Analyze monthly results, sharing out reports and key drivers with cross-functional team members and leadership

Post-secondary education in a related field
Previous experience working in a Product Management, Marketing or Finance related role; previous Credit Card experience is an asset
As understanding of lending and card financials and P&L levers
Strong strategic thinking and results focused skills
Demonstrated ability to build winning programs with a client first mindset
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally
Ability to build relationships of trust, instill confidence and influence with key stakeholders
Demonstrated success optimizing programs using data insights
Strong analytical mindset using data to develop strategies and constantly challenge the status quo
Experience in channel execution of campaigns - both digital and offline
Strong communication and presenting skills, with the ability to develop strong presentation decks and create an impactful story when presenting
Comfortability working in a hybrid work environment
