We have a great opportunity in our Finance Department. We are currently looking to hire an Administrator, Accounts Payable.
You will be responsible for the scheduling of all payment methods and the finalization of cheque processing activities and for periodic bank reconciliation of cleared and outstanding cheques; processing expense reimbursement requests and reconciling payments with Payroll records. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating supplier information in SIMS and create SAP BP (Business Partner); prepare cheque stats for KPI's and diverse administrative tasks for the Accounts Payable section.
Administer the IFS Supplier file including jointly held responsibility for requests from AP staff to add suppliers not paid against purchase orders to IFS and/or to make changes to suppliers already on the system; verify and scrutinize requests; ensure proper documentation is provided for any name change; and forward all requests for processing; updating accounts payable transactions on-line; execute the appropriate transactions; set minimum and maximum payment limits; and set up alternate bank information for suppliers paid in US funds; interdepartmental/jointly maintain supplier file(s); inputting changes to remit to addresses based on third party garnishments; track payments and update legal
Monitor garnishments received by TTC Legal department and ensuring payment is made and provided to Legal to record
