Accounts Payable Coordinator

Located at Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre and working with the Team Leader, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and carrying out full cycle Accounts Payable functions in a high volume, fast paced, multi location company.

Role overview

• High volume data entry for unique portion of the AP process, related to refunds
• Comfortable with manual process of mail inserts and sending out paper cheques
• Understand a service-oriented ticketing system
• Respond, Action, and Resolve inquiries using an internal ticket solution tool
• Liaison with dental practices on ticket diligence
• Familiar with a fully automated paperless Accounts Payable model

What we're looking for

• Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years full cycle Accounts Payable experience or relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of ERP system administration for Accounts Payable functions (Dynamics, Oracle, Great Plains, SAP, Pronto)
• Experience with Netsuite and Coupa preferred
• Exposure to a fast-paced multi-location organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with intermediate level excel skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Bilingual would be an asset
