Hybrid Work Model - Markham, Ontario Head Office - 3x a week & 2x a week WFH

**This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years experience as an AR Coordinator. Intern/Coop experience for new graduates will be considered**

What You'll Be Doing: As a member of the finance group, the Accounts Receivable Revenue Analyst completes month-end activities, reviews billing, answers inquiries and ensures that resident billing is accurate and timely. This role demonstrates our commitment to the Team Member Experience by ensuring reporting is completed with meaningful analysis on the numbers and variance explanations. This position supports the Manager in actively contributing to the collections process and assisting our communities and business units with interpretation of regulatory guidelines.

What you will be doing:

  • Complete month-end activities including billing, resident payments and refunds
  • Actively contribute to the collections process
  • Prepare financial reports, analysis and explain variances on A/R metrics
  • Audit billings prepared by communities and other business units
  • Report KPI's with meaningful analysis on numbers
  • Take initiative independently and act on supporting collection efforts

Education & Experience Required:

  • College and/or university accounting program
  • Experience in a similar role (preferably A/R experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment)
  • MS Office skills, including advanced experience with Excel
  • Experience with Yardi, Point Click Care systems and related industry experience considered an asset
  • High degree of accuracy and analytical skills in tight-deadline situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
