The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for processing passenger claims and payments in accordance to company policy. The position will report to the Finance Manager and will be in Toronto, ON. Apply now and have your career soar to new heights - under our wing!
What You'll Do:
- Review, Enter and post invoices in Great plains and Process payments (EFT, Cheque, Wire)
- Communicate with Vendors/Customers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Reconcile returned funds and communicate with operations team to correct customer information.
- Record all cheques, EFTs, credit card payments and wire transfers. Prepare for mailing and maintain filing of accounts payable.
- Communicate with Operations team daily on status of payments and make any adjustments as requested.
- Verify transactions to comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage and distribute incoming e-mails.
- Other duties and projects as requested
What You'll Need:
- 1 - 2 years' experience in accounts payable.
- Advanced in MS Office products - Excel
- Effective team player
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and consistently accurate
- Able to work independently, effectively and constructively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Achievement oriented; must be able to juggle multiple tasks, tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
