Wholesale Remarketing Processor

The purpose of the Wholesale Remarketing Processor is to support the Remarketing Director and reps with administrative processes. Assist the Remarketing team with arbitrations, titles, location changes on sold vehicles, reporting and in-lane auction sales/leads/arbitrations with details below.

Opportunity available for either Halifax or Montreal.

Wage: $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Assist in monitoring and reporting dashboards for past due Bills of Sale, Auction, Direct
• Process Auction sales through Dealer Direct.
• Assist team with tracking titles, vehicle location changes, arbitrations
• Sold at auction report and distribute to reps
• Review Idle pre-approved BOS's and send emails to fleet pool managers
• Monitor "Cars on Ground" report and coordinate with local rental management
• Monitoring DealerDirectCanada inbox
• Help with DMS duplicate dealers clean up
• Create dealer repurchase orders and payment follow up
• Auction administration (titles/disclosures/payments/arbitrations)
• Renewal of regulatory licensing
• Out of Office support for reps
• Assist US Dealer Direct Support

What We're Looking For:

• College education and/or equivalent experience preferred
• Car rental or fleet experience preferred
• Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Account Management experience preferred
• Understanding of wholesale auction disposal process with internet transactions
• Understanding of damage estimation practices and internal policies
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork is a must to complete tasks and reach goals
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• MS Office with emphasis on Excel
