Instructor or Senior Instructor in Work-integrated Learning

The Faculty of Management invites applications for a career-stream appointment at the rank of Instructor or Senior Instructor in the Department of Leadership and Organizations, commencing January 1, 2025. The successful candidate is expected to bring expertise in the area of work-integrated learning, co-op programming, and Assurance of Learning (AoL) within the Faculty of Management. This is a teaching-focused position; the teaching load is defined by the Faculty's workload policy. This career-stream instructor (probationary/continuing) position is one in which the successful candidate will undergo performance evaluation and review consistent with the Dalhousie Faculty Association collective agreement (http://www.dal.ca/collectiveagreements), with the possibility to advance to a continuing appointment through ranks of instructor/senior instructor/University Teaching Fellow.

Most of our degree programs are externally accredited. We actively participate in Dalhousie's Interdisciplinary PhD program and the multi-Faculty Master of Digital Innovation.
