What will your typical day look like?


In this supervisor role, you will be expected to lead approximately 10 individuals working across Canada to support their partners and engagement teams from a billing related perspective. Two of the main objectives is to ensure billing targets are achieved on a periodic basis, while also ensuring the team is providing recommendations and guiding our partners to achieve their DSO objectives. You will also be expected to connect with partners to attain feedback on the team's performance and the team's processes and advise on new opportunities where improvements can be made.

About the team


The Finance billing team is a group of specialists with an in-depth knowledge of SAP, EMD and billing best practices. Our billing team has 5 main arears (Audit WIP Management, Tax WIP Management, FA WIP and AR Management, E-billing and Training). The primary objective of the team is to manage and reduce the NET WIP held in our partner's portfolios through timely billing. Team performance is measured by how well the team can support this objective, while maintaining positive feedback from our partners.

You are someone who is/has:

  • Experience leading a team within operations and/or billing (at least 2 years)
  • Involvement with liaising with managers and partners
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess issues and implement solutions/improvements
  • Outstanding English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience ensuring objectives are consistently achieved

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
