J.D. Irving, Limited is seeking a talented individual for the full-time position of Director, Procure to Pay. This role is crucial in overseeing all aspects of the Procure to Pay Process and monitoring critical key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Procure to Pay process, report, and enhance critical KPIs, such as Days to Pay, Days in Queue, Received Not Invoiced (RNI), and First Time Match (FTM).
• Oversee the implementation and upgrade of the Invoice Digitization and Processing software.
• Lead a team of professionals, ensuring coaching and career development.
• Deliver monthly updates to the Executive Leadership team, highlighting exposure and opportunities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize errors and rework in the Procure to Pay processes.
• Recommend policy and procedural changes to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and awareness of best practices related to transaction processing, including benchmarking.

Qualifications

• University or Master's degree in business
• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience working with automated Accounts Payable systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and time management
