Reporting to the Trade Spend Manager, the Trade Spending Coordinator will play a key role in providing accurate data entry, detailed reporting and will possess both strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide a high degree of customer service and support to the Trade Spending team and Sales force.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering deduction back up information and processing all deductions.
  • Validating outstanding accounts receivable deductions to customer contracts.
  • Creating customer credits and/or issuing customer payments.
  • Completing AR tasks, such as daily deposit and cash application.
  • Completing other assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Education Required: Post-Secondary Education in Accounting/Business.
  • Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and to multitask with a "Can Do" attitude.
  • Demonstrated systems aptitude.
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset (French and English).
