Position Title: Staff Scheduling & Payroll Clerk
Position Type: Part Time

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the general direction of the Administrative Coordinator this position is responsible for ensuring that staffing schedules are created, adequate staffing levels are maintained, and time keeping is accurately implemented into QHR scheduling system for payroll, and that staff are aware of any changes to their schedules and positions.
The staffing and payroll clerk will place calls to staff as required to cover Meadowood's operational requirements, short and long-term absences and workloads. This position will enter timekeeping data into the QHR timekeeping system, handle the processing of payroll and related reports for HEB and will have responsibilities for maintaining positioning data. The scheduling and payroll clerk will also be responsible for maintaining, updating and executing scheduling changes, updating quarterly attendance reports for the Director of Care and providing general administrative support as required.

Meadowood Manor is a faith-based, 88 bed personal care home, privately owned but functions under the WRHA/Provincial Long Term Care program following the current MNU and CUPE agreements. We are located at 577 St. Anne's Road on a primary bus route, and we are attached to a 55 plus apartment complex offering economic rental rates as a housing option.
