Accenture Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement, and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s Intelligent Operations centers around the world.
Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
As Senior Payroll Coordinator in People Services, your responsibilities include:
Learn and understand policies, procedures, and systems, including but not limited to Workday, Workday Time Tracking, STAS/Persona, and Kronos.
Learn, understand and self-document payroll policies and procedures by self-education through all available tools (NPI, Academy, job aids, training, sharing of internal knowledge, etc.).
Ensure daily tasks are executed within the company's standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Meet the departmental SLA of the team.
Share acquired knowledge with team members.
Support through the buddy system new hires.
Understand and review daily tasks while capturing and reporting concerns of issues to leadership.
Find solutions to issues, using judgment to identify the correct solutions and understanding the impact on other departments with the support of the leadership team.
Provide timely recommendations upon analyzing qualitative and quantitative information.
Recommend process improvement and identify opportunities to attain efficiencies; seek opportunities to existing processes within the role/assigned tasks.
Build collaborative relationships within the team to facilitate the flow of information; develop and maintain internal/external business relationships.
Provide internal and external customer service to promote the understanding of the payroll support model.
Demonstrate commitment; continuously contribute to ideas and remain open to others' opinions; seek to understand others' motivation.
Share and present relevant information; organize ideas and present information as requested.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
A minimum of one year general office experience, preferably within a payroll environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS office products.
Some supervisory or managerial experience with possible opportunity to grow within the organization.
Must be highly motivated with an ability to manage a large volume of work effectively while adhering to strict deadlines.
Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask daily activities in a fast paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information.
Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Education or experience in payroll or a related field is considered an asset.
