Reporting to the National Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment processing, vendor maintenance and invoice audits. As part of our high-performing National AP Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment managing high-volume payment processing across 200+ bank accounts. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, Excel expertise, and the ability to multitask while delivering elevated customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing high-volume payments across 200+ bank accounts, adhering to established EFT and cheque run schedules.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable invoices in Yardi Voyager. Verify proper GST/HST/QST coding and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update vendor records with a focus on EFT onboarding to support efficient and secure payment processes.
  • Monitor and manage vendor communications through three shared inboxes, flagging and addressing issues as needed.
  • Audit Workday employee expense reports for compliance, GST/HST/QST accuracy, and supporting documentation.
  • Process pre-authorized payments, void cheque requests, and intercompany payment delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely signature approvals for cheques requiring authorization.
  • Manage daily mail and courier distributions.
  • Adhere to AP policies and procedures.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $54,000

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
