Working environment
Deloitte Canada offers its employees competitive compensation and a benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, health and dental coverage, life insurance and disability insurance. Also offered are three weeks base vacation time, up to three personal and family care days per year and emergency out-of-country medical protection for employees and their eligible family members for both business and personal travel. It also offers maternity, paternity and adoption financial support as well as family support services to assist with emergency childcare or caregiver support.
